How is your quality of life? Young children seem to find joy in simply being alive: they are full of energy, excitement and exuberance. But unless you're one of the fortunate few, it doesn't seem to last. As we become adults life can get difficult. Tiredness, stress, anxiety, pain and poor health can become the norm. Past hurts can undermine us, or the present can be so confusing and difficult that we don't know where to turn. We may struggle with sexuality; relationships may be sources of conflict rather than fulfillment. The demands of work and home can often make us feel squeezed from all sides. Joy disappears from life. It doesn't have to be that way. Psychotherapeutic deep bodywork therapy can help you close the gap between who you are and who you would like to be, between the life you have and the life you want. As a humanistic therapist I celebrate your uniqueness as an individual, and value your right to direct your own life and choose your own path. My aim is to do all I can to help you overcome obstacles in your journey to become all that you can be. |
I can help with... It can also be an amazing route for personal growth: I offer various forms of body psychotherapy (Reichian therapy, Postural Integration) and Pulsing to help you find solutions and connect with your true self on a new and deeper level. » Learn more
